Having grown up in the south east Iceland on a remote farm, Sigurður couldn't help but gain a great fascination and appreciation for the nature surrounding him. He later developed and merged that appreciation with his passion for photo and videography.

Sigurður Pétur graduated from the Icelandic Film School in 2020 (from the creative technology department) and immediately started working for the digital ad agency KIWI as a videographer, photographer, editor and anything else that the job required. After one and a half years with KIWI, more and more freelance opportunities started to present themselves. Having gained experience in both the film and commercial industries in Iceland, Sigurður decided that he was ready to go freelance full time in January 2022.

At the age of 23, Sigurður has worked for some of Iceland’s most successful companies and has never been more invested in his career.
